About MONET

Monet began her career with Allstate in August of 2010 as an Associate Support Center Manager and has led sales teams in both the Inbound and Outbound departments, producing one of the top ranked Outbound Sales teams in the San Antonio CCC. In May 2013 she became San Antonio’s Revenue Generation/Employee Engagement Leader where she maintained the site budget, created and implemented incentive programs, and coordinated site events.

Monet’s assignments have demonstrated her strengths as a leader, which include, being a participant in the Impact Leadership Development Program, supporting the San Antonio CCC kickoffs, the Giving Campaign, Helping Hands committee, VOICE committee, and several others.

In December of 2013, her contributions to the site earned her the Chairman’s Vision Award. Monet attained the role of Education Delivery Unit Manager in August of 2014, where she is currently positioned. Monet was recently selected as a Leadership Principles Change Champion a Leadership, and completed a 1 year action learning project with the Emerging Leaders group.

Monet is the mother of 2 awesome kiddos, Skyler “Pop” who is 10, and Cyerra “Wink” who is 14. In her off time she loves to eat Japanese hibachi, go to great museums and art exhibits, and watch her kiddos play baseball and flute. She is currently in the process of completing graduate school, and a member of Toastmasters International, AAWN, PLAN, YPO, an Allstate Ambassador.
