About Rhonda
Rhonda Mansfield is a seasoned project manager, business architect, systems analyst and business analyst. Rhonda currently serves within the ISD Project Management Shared Services, managing IT Projects. Her previous role was that of a Project Manager serving with the Infrastructure Demand Management. Additionally Rhonda has previously served as a Project Manager within ISD Infrastructure Project Delivery - Walmart US and GEC area, joining the area in August, 2011 via promotion. Her prior role was that of a Senior Business Architect with Walmart Realty Systems Strategy & Reporting. Rhonda’s joined Walmart in 2008 as a Senior Business Analyst in 2008 and was then promoted to Project Leader. During this time Rhonda was recognized by her peers of Associate of the Month for her work performance as a Project Leader. Prior to join Walmart, Rhonda served within with the Information Technology industry at Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida in various capacities, from 1998 through 2008.
Rhonda received her Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute in May, 2011. She is a member of both the national and local PMI organizations. Rhonda organized and led a PMP Exam Prep Study Group within Walmart. This collaborative group spanned numerous business units within the Walmart business enterprise. Rhonda received her ITIL Foundations accreditation in February, 2011. Rhonda achieved her AIM Change Management Accreditation in September, 2011. She is a member of the Walmart Women In Retail Group. Rhonda currently mentors several individuals in a formal mentor capacity. Rhonda is the recipient of the “Leadership in Mentoring and People Development” for the Infrastructure Pillar Awards for 2012 within ISD.
Rhonda’s most treasured role is that of a wife and mother. She and her husband, Norman Mansfield, have been married since 1997 and have 6 daughters; Jennifer 26, Stephanie 22, Madison 12, Rachel 11, Erika 10, and Alexis 9.
Rhonda was born in Siloam Springs, AR., raised in the Midwest, and lived in Northeast Florida for 18 years before returning to her native Benton County, AR, for 5 years. Rhonda is currently a remote associate having relocated to St. Johns, Florida in March of 2013. She holds Bachelors of Science Degree in Professional Management (1996) and a Masters Degree of Business Administration (1998), both from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale. Florida. She is an active member of the Fruit Cove Baptist Church, Saint Johns, Florida.
