About Mitchell

I have over 15 years in increasingly responsible senior positions as an Army Officer in healthcare, logistics, and operation. I especially enjoy solving tough problems for customers and the team and it is a point of honor for me to lead organizations to perform better than when I arrived and continuously strive for excellence. I do this in an open and transparent manner and by getting the right resources to the right people.

My service in the Army also instilled me with a values based leadership style committed to thoughtful action, mission success, and building high performing project teams often in fluid and often complex environment. I do this by leading change through sound interpersonal and communication skills, and building key relationships and consensus to generate success.
