About Bjorn
I am a 35yr old Combat Veteran who served in the Us Army for a short 3yr term. I have PTSD, but I don't let it define me. I have a passion for sports, music, food, and family in all its splendor. I am looking to start off with a food truck or a small cafe and would like to eventually attach my other passions to this main idea. I have an As in Liberal Arts and I am currently enrolled in an online college, studying to get my BA in Music Production. Music is my therapy, but I am also good at cooking. I have my own signature recipes and I'm currently enrolled in a culinary program to better further my education. I get great feedback on both. My goal is to eventually have a restaurant that has available space to have a live band setup where we can even offer hearty cuisines, music, comedy, and poetry. I would love for this business to be able to give to charity or host charity events of all types and especially for sports. I would also like to create my own obstacle course for kids to have fun while staying in shape. And there would be recognition programs where the kids can earn titles for personal goals achieved. My expected culinary graduation date is summer of 2018 followed by an externship. Any advice for next steps leading into a food truck or a small cafe would be helpful.
