About Michael
I am a passionate advocate for Military Veterans who are transitioning into the civilian workforce, and work as a mentor with numerous academic and corporate organizations serving that cause. In support of that initiative I wrote "The Prior-Service Entrepreneur," which currently enjoys a 5-STAR rating on Amazon. I also regularly write and publish articles for Veteran Service Organizations and advocacy groups in the form of blogs, newsletters and special interest stories.
My professional background - which combines extensive government training with a demonstrable track record of business development and entrepreneurship - allows me to maximize the value I provide to the academic institutions, veteran service organizations and business communities I serve on a daily basis.
I am currently working with numerous organizations within the United States to develop comprehensive business management and entrepreneurship programs for transitioning veterans. The goal of the programs I write is to provide military veterans with the critical skills and knowledge needed to be highly competitive in the civilian workforce and business community.
The most recent training program I have developed, "Veteran Entrepreneurship & Business Management," will be published December 2014 and available nationally on 01 January 2015 in an 8.5 x 11 course manual/workbook format (280 pages, perfect bind).
