About Pam
Executive coach to senior executives in Corporate America. I have been coaching professionally for 20 years, after serving as a Sr VP of Human Resources for 10 years. I am described as enthusiastic and optimistic, results-oriented and firm. People who work best with me only need two qualities--ready and willing to be coached, and willing to do assignments that we agree on in a session.
I am passionate about somehow serving our military, but until this organization appeared in Time Mag, I couldn't figure out how. Now I hope this is my HOW.
