About Jason

Jason Ritacco is currently the Manager of the Space and Airborne Systems Immersive Design Center (IDC). The IDC is the SAS hub for Augmented Reality Development, Virtual Reality Development, and large scale, connected collaboration platforms enabling a “Design Anywhere, Build Anywhere” manufacturing philosophy. The IDC connects stakeholders across the entire product lifecycle to accelerate development and reduce cost to deliver increased value to the customer.

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Ritacco held numerous leadership positions in both the California Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) and the McKinney CMC. His manufacturing and operations management experience includes Space products, Airborne AESA radar, Systems Integrity Solutions, and Airborne EO/IR systems. He has led numerous improvement initiatives leading to an Innovation Award, a Vice President’s Award, and 2017 Technical Honors.
Mr. Ritacco started his career in Aerospace and Defense at the Boeing Satellite Development center in the year 2000 before joining Raytheon in 2005.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from California State University at Dominguez Hills.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and four step kids, working on his house and his Jeeps, welding and fabrication, machining, and electronics.
