• A multi-talented and top performing U.S. Air Force Commissioned Officer (Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI)) with over 22+ years of leading intelligence, counterintelligence, counter threat, operational, and planning organizations in direct support of U.S. national security missions around the world.
• Extensive multi-dimensional experience throughout the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) area of responsibilities (AORs). Consistent record of advising Department of Defense (DoD) executives on counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and strategic plans.
• Experienced in driving results across complex and diverse fast-paced environments; USCENTCOM, USEUCOM, Afghanistan, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and across various AFOSI Detachments.
• Consistent record of advising DoD executives on counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and asymmetric threats at Combatant Command (COCOM), Inter-Agency, and field-unit levels. Proven track record of directing and producing fused and HUMINT/CI intelligence products and reports, providing indications and warnings, regional threat analysis and adversarial capabilities.

• CENTCOM J5 Branch Chief with the responsibility of leading the CENTCOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP) and communicating CENTCOM Commander positions across the Interagency, Department of State, Office Secretary of Defense, and Joint Staff. Conducted routine interactions and official exchanges directly with Host Nation (HN) partners to enhance the capabilities & capacities of their respective HN security forces in concert with CENTCOM Commander priorities.
• Entrusted to build mil-to-mil relationships throughout the Middle East and Europe. On numerous occasions, charged with establishing joint security/anti-terrorism/CTO measures in support of U.S. Forces in Qatar, Iraq, Afghanistan and Europe. Extensive Inter-agency relationships, with the ability to collaborate throughout the intelligence and law enforcement community to solve complex issues.
