I've served both in the regular Army and Reserves 12 years total, 9 years active
as a 42A30 (Human Resources). I'm currently working for a non-profit organization with a healthcare focus however I'm not sure this is what I want to do for the next 20 years. I am an advocate for change but I also like mentoring and managing staff.. I've changed my educational path more then 4 times over the last 3 years I need some input from the people I've worked with the most.
