About Brice
I have a AS in Business Administration and a BA in Accounting. I have worked for 6 years in the accounting department for an privately held company that operated in 33 - 36 states with over 1950 employees with some site overseas. I have worked as an assistant to the Controller, Accounts Receivable for billing, the company's Healthcare Program Administrator, and in the last position was the Accounts Payable Manager. In that position I;
-Was responsible for collecting, reviewing, auditing and scheduling of payment for all interstate vendors, providing services for the parent company and five subsidiaries.
-Managed fleet vehicles including loans, leases, fuel cards, insurance, EZ Pass, lien waivers and scheduled repairs.
-Primary liaison for the TSA during the sale of the Company to Allied Universal Inc. in Q4 2020, including supervision of $8.0MM of funding towards payment of payroll, payables, sales tax, insurance, subcontractors and corporate credit accounts and loans, through accounting of direct payments, prepaid discounting and calculated per diems (daily, weekly & monthly).
