About Rosalie
I have worked for Citi for 16 years. I began my career as a phone representative in the Fraud Unit for the Cards division and moved around various units including credit acquisitions until joining the training group in April of 2003. In spent nine years as a Delivery Specialist, training new hires to work in the call center for the Fraud and Credit Units. I traveled to several sites to provide instruction and train new Delivery Specialists. I was one of the first instructors to deliver training programs virtually to offshore employees and vendors supporting Citi’s call centers. As a Delivery Specialist I managed classes that ranged from 10 -21 individuals and took five to nine weeks to complete. This provided me with lots of experience managing staff. I also moved to the call center floor with my trainees for the first two weeks after each class, providing real-time coaching assistance. Part of my job duties also included interviewing potential new employees for the Fraud and Credit units.
For the last five years I have been an instructional designer. I create curriculum for brick and mortar, virtual, and web based courses. I am an expert in Microsoft Office, particularly, Word and PowerPoint. I have the opportunity to work in Articulate and Captivate as well as creating whiteboard animations. I find my job very rewarding since it gives me the opportunity to be creative.
I maintain my own sewing business where I mainly create medieval wedding gowns. I am a voracious reader, a seamstress, and considered by most to be a geek since I still enjoy playing D&D, Magic the Gathering, and Warhammer Fantasy.
