About Phani

A mechanical engineer by training, I am naturally inclined to solving problems and have consistently done so in my professional life of over 11 years’ experience in IT systems in the Insurance industry. However, precision analysis combined with the requisite ‘soft’ interpersonal skills and creative bent of mind is what I see as my edge. With more than a passing interest in interior decoration and languages, I balance the yin of business analysis with the yang of creative passion. With my experience spanning multiple geographies including India, Philippines, the UK and the US, each with a distinct work culture, personalities, and the associated challenges, I have found that the biggest positive impact that I have had in my career was due to my ability to connect with people at a personal level, as opposed to at a professional level.
Above all, I bring a fierce determination to see every project that I take on, through to completion. I bring a sense of balance to my work and life outside of it, with passion and precision in equal measures.
