About David

I am a seasoned business consultant who has been a practice leader for many different consulting firms. My focus is around talent management -- helping organizations execute their business strategy through their people, including sourcing/hiring the best talent, onboarding and developing talent, managing the performance of the workforce, preparing future leaders, building succession plans and driving other related initiatives. My father is a WWII Navy Veteran, and I am so proud of his contribution. My father is 94, and I have always wanted to find a way to extend his legacy and help our veterans, to whom we are so greatly indebted. I do believe that I have a set of skills that may be well aligned with this program. That is the reason I am exploring that possibility. Thank you.
