Worked A-10s. Served during Desert Storm but was not sent to combat area. Originally went to college to teach history but got married and just graduated as soon as possible with generalized BA degree. Divorced now and feel the desire to complete original mission and obtain my certification to teach.
PS. Was an NCO actually. Buck Sergeant but the rank is no longer active in today's Air Force.

What is the most expeditious route to becoming a working history teacher in the Chicagoland area?

Have BA but did not complete required education courses nor did I student teach due relocating for marriage and transferring...
