About Nawzer
I retired after 41 years from Dow Chemical, as Vice President of Operations. Over the past 5+ years, I have been coaching and mentoring CEOs of local Businesses - these businesses range in size from $5Million to >$800Million. I currently work with 17+ CEOs - all in totally different Industries. My expertise is in Visioning, Strategy development, Organizational structure, Human Resources and day to day running of a business etc. In this Coach and Mentor role, I discuss personal and family issues along with business issues. I believe I can help those in need of advice and guidance, provided they are willing to be open, transparent, vulnerable and are willing to hold themselves accountable. This Coaching and Mentoring role has been a real passion of mine and I have a proven track record of success.
