About Gail
I am retired now, but worked for 42 years. I started out in Human Resources, with an MS in Industrial Relations. I then moved into Sales, focusing on Relationship Management, which entails retaining and growing the business within the existing client base. Most of my years were in the credit card industry. Half my time was with credit card processors, those companies that handle a transaction from authorization through to settlement. I also spent 11 years working for Diners Club. Near the end of my career, I worked part time for a year as a Career Consultant for an outplacement firm. This opportunity gave me the chance to blend my skills in Human Resources and Sales, since people looking for a new job are trying to sell themselves. I helped by reviewing resumes, talking about how and where to look for a job, conducting and providing feedback on mock interviews, etc. I was successful and fulfilled in this endeavor until I moved away from the company location. I appreciate so much the sacrifice made by our service people, and would love to do whatever I can to make the transition home as easy as possible.
