Commercial real estate appraiser with MAI and MRICS designations, practicing primarily southeastern New York's Hudson Valley, conducting farm and agribusiness appraisals and consultations throughout western New England and all of eastern New York. Personally I take great interest in the farm related work especially dairy farms related industry issues.
My recent past included being a competitive master cyclist, moving into officiating bike races due to medical issue that took me off the bike competitively. Recently purchased a 40 year old Triumph Bonneville motorcycle and joined the local volunteer fire company; visions of a mid-life crisis. I enjoy working outside in any season; farming, maple syrup sugaring, sailing, spending time at our summer camp on Lake Champlain. Brewing beer, hard cider, smoking the occasional cigar.
Cornell educated in agricultural economics, associates degree from Stockbridge School of Agriculture at U Mass.
