Vinod is also the founder and the software architect of PracticeSuite.

Vinod brings a wealth of enterprise technology expertise from his prior Fortune 500 companies experiences at Oracle (ORCL), Juniper(JNPR), KPMG and JDS Uniphase(JDSU). Prior to taking over as the CEO of PracticeSuite, Vinod was instrumental in many strategic enterprise initiatives. At Oracle, he was responsible for Oracle’s mission critical revenue and reporting systems. At Juniper, he led the system consolidation of channel partner systems for Juniper’s acquisition of NetScreen. He also architected the Fair Market Value EIFT-0021 carve-out engine to correct revenue carve-out of Juniper’s quarterly reporting to Wall Street. At KPMG, he played a key role in enterprise compliance at Network Appliance, Kodak, SUN Microsystems, Macromedia, CNET, Hitachi, and others. At JDSU, Vinod led the enterprise SOX 404 IT compliance.
