About Randal
I am a retired accounting manager in the IT and communication service industry with Fortune 500 companies that includes Bell Telephone, COMSAT, and GE computer services. I specialized in financial management of multi-million dollar customer accounts receivable, and I consider myself expert in this responsibility. My last experience in financial management was with a national non-profit professional service organization.
During my career I also worked as a financial analyst in criminal investigations for Maryland law enforcement. I am proficient in EDP accounting systems, audit controls, writing operational procedures, training staff, credit and collection of accounts, and performing communications with clients.
I majored in Business Administration at George Washington University. I am experienced in both still and video photography, I have traveled in 52 countries with my wife of 48 years. During my retirement, I became a volunteer with both the county sheriff's office, and a non-profit organization where I wrote resumes for the unemployed.and assisted with their search for employment. I also provided career and financial counseling support..
As a former Notary Public, I have para-legal experience. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a member of the American Legion. I reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.
