About Samuel

My current employment of 15 years is with Lockheed Martin where I work with the Quality and Mission Success Organization. In this role I coordinate all supplier quality issues between the supply base and my responsible production aircraft programs. I am also a member of the Alabama Air National Guard (25 years) serving as the Maintenance Group Superintendent. This activity requires a one weekend a month and two week summer camp. Sometimes we are called on to support deployments and other training activities. I completed an associates degree through the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautics University.
I am signing up to be a mentor as I fully understand the struggles of transition from Military to civilian employment. I would like to ensure veterans who are not retiring know the options that the Guard and Reserve can provide if interested.
