About Jim
I have 20 years of experience at ADP encompassing a wide variety of leadership responsibilities in our Major Accounts, TLM, Small Business, and Retirement Services divisions. I relocated from Hartford, CT to Boston, MA in 2001 to pursue a career in management. In 2005 I relocated to the Providence, RI area taking on executive leadership responsibilities with ADP and in June of 2014 I relocated to NJ to lead our Retirement Services Implementation organization. In October of 2015 I was promoted to lead our service organization within Retirement Services. I have experience with Payroll, Time & Labor Management, HR, Wage Garnishment, Tax Filing, Retirement Services, Compliance and Hosted services and product offerings.
Specialties Include: Relationship building, client retention, leadership/talent development, quality improvement, service innovation, change management, process improvement, turning around under-performing teams, managing virtual relationships and building off-shore teams while driving sales growth and relationships.
