I am a retiree who spent 20 years on active duty in the US Air Force and retired in August 2026. Approximately 16 of my 20 years was spent overseas in assignments in Africa, Pacific Far East, and The Middle East. In my current job I work for the Air Force Culture and Language Center at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, where I manage travel coordination and work as an analyst for Air Force Foreign Area Officers (FAO) heading out for in-region training (IRT) to Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition to coordinating travel I mentor and advise first time FAOs on Embassy operations and attempt to provide them with a baseline of cultural advisement for working with partners abroad. I also make it a point to advise program managers and key stake holders Security Cooperstion, IA Career Field Management, and specifics on aspects of DOD-DOS relationships. In my time in the military I earned my MBA, BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and AAS in information management. I’m seeking advice with regards to lining up employment that would allow me to focus on utilizing my IA and Logistics skill sets and would like to look at getting assistance and help I’m getting my resume to reflect these talents.
