I recently retired from Cray Inc., a supercomputer company, where I was Associate General Counsel responsible for major transactions. I have also been an adjunct professor of law at Hamline University School of Law teaching legal writing - contracts. Both my youngest son and I are graduates of Hamline University School of Law, and my wife and I are graduates of the University of South Dakota. I have worked in management positions for several companies during the past 30+ years. I am interested in many college and professional sports, and am active in golf and bicycling. I am also interested in history and reading. I served 6 years in the Iowa and Minnesota National Guard and my father was a P-38 fighter pilot in WW II and a career officer in the Air Force.
