About Rance
My career as a teacher and school administrator has been wonderful. I finally retired again for the second time in 2013. This is a profession that I have truly enjoyed. I also served in the USMC in the years 1967-73. My wife and I have 5 children who are all married and have given us 18 grandchildren thus far. I received my doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Arizona and presently serve as a student teacher supervisor for Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. I guess I am not entirely retired yet!
