About SAROYA
SMSgt Saroya Porche serves as the Deputy Program Manager/ Superintendent, Air Force Recruiting Information Support System – Total Force (AFRISS-TF) assigned at Air Force Recruiting Service, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. She is the lead Air National Guard representative for the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System-Total Force. Sergeant Porche manages and supervises system requirements for recruiting and retention qualifications resulting in approximately 12k accessions for processing of more than 500k leads per year.
Sergeant Porche is an awarded and reliable human resource professional with over 20 years of experience ranging from Commander Support Staff, Force Support Flight and Headquarters levels in the Air National Guard. She deployed in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and has participated in numerous international and domestic operational exercises, as the lead PERSCO/J1 team member responsible for manning and accountability. Sergeant Porche strives to instill the values of leadership through service and lifelong learning as an actively involved member of multiple organizations within the military and the San Antonio communities.
