About Paul

I'm a British born US citizen, I've lived in the USA with my family since 1991. I started my career in the Royal Navy where I served for 10 years leaving with the rank of Chief Petty Officer.

I recently retired after a career that included some 30 years of selling enterprise software to Fortune 1000 companies. During that time I had the opportunity to build, manage and grow several high performing sales teams. My management style depended a lot on mentoring, coaching and developing the people who worked for me.

I have a National Certificate in Control Engineering. This is a UK qualification that basically enabled me to become a weapons engineer in the Royal Navy (surface to air missile and gunnery systems). My recreational activities include golfing, sailing and cycling. My passions include my family, we have one daughter and two grandchildren and they live within an hours drive which is great.
