About Nicholas
I've spent the last 20 years in Navy medicine. The Navy has allowed me to autonomously lead and train diverse multicultural teams in a variety of environments, plan and manage projects from inception to completion, set and effectively communicate expectations and standards, as well as provide personal and professional mentorship to development a stronger and more capable cohesive team. My career has given me the opportunity to "work in the trenches" and take insights and perspectives to the decision making table and create/improve various aspects of my organization. I enjoy working in teams or individually to take "something" and make it better. I now desire a career in Operations. I have an MBA with undergraduate schooling in Healthcare. I'm grateful for my career and the many skills it helped me cultivate and I look forward to applying them to other organizations.
