Josephine Lewis currently serves as the Marketing and Event Lead for Talent Acquisition, Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. In this role, Mrs. Lewis is responsible for managing complex, large-scale events, programs and recruitment initiatives. In addition, Mrs. Lewis is responsible for client relationships, digital marketing, data analytics, and knowledge management systems.
Prior to joining Raytheon, Mrs. Lewis held the position of the North East Human Resource Administrator for Wealth Management, a division of USAA. In this role, she was the lead HR Administrator in charge of operations for the Greater Boston Area.
Mrs. Lewis is a founding member of the Women in Defense Greater Boston Chapter (WID-GBC), a NDIA Affiliate. She serves as a WID-GBC board member and the Military and Veteran Outreach Chair. Currently, she is managing new outreach pilot programs for the chapter.
Ms. Lewis has an MBA from Northeastern University with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, with dual concentration in Human Resources and Accounting. She is a retired Army Sergeant, with 10 year serving as a 42a in Human Resources in the US Army, she was deployed twice to Kuwait. Josephine is a proud mother of 4-year-old twins.
