About Johnnie
My name is Johnnie Hamilton. I have been married for 30 years and have four daughters. I was in the Navy for 3 years and was stationed at NAS Miramar (now a Marine Base) with Fighter Squadron Two-One (VF-21). We were an F-14 Fighter Squadron and our hangar was right next to Top Gun. When at sea we were stationed on the USS Constellation (CV-64), which has now been decommissioned, and boy do I feel old. My passions are Family time and Golf. Great with family but not nearly as good at golf but I love trying. I received my Bachelors from Grand Canyon University in Christian Studies, my MBA from Syracuse, and a second Master's from Florida International University in Real Estate. I have been a Mortgage Banker/Loan Officer for 18 years and Sales/Account Management for another 15 years. My goal is to transition over to the Real Estate Industry. I would like to work with a development team eventually but am more than willing to cut my teeth in Commercial Property Management. My ultimate desire would be to create planned communities for veterans and active duty personnel. Inclusive of Single Family homes, Townhomes, multi-family rentals, retail, medical services, and social clubs.
