About Donald

I serve as the Head of Innovation on the claims team at Liberty Mutual. My primary focus is to explore how new technologies can improve the customer and employee experience. I am excited that I have the opportunity to work with skilled and passionate professionals dedicated to viewing problems from a different lens.

I joined ACP, mentoring veterans in 2014 because I believe that is my duty to give back to those who have risked so much to provide me and my family the opportunity to live in a safe place.

I have an MBA and Masters in Procurement and Contracts from the University of Maryland, UC and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Maryland, CP. I am supported by a loving wife and two wonderful children. On my free time, I like to compete in half marathons, golf and travel.
