About Joshua
I have served in the Army infantry for twenty years. Served in every role inside of a platoon to include Platoon leader. I spent two years as a drill sergeant, two years at the NCOIC of 10th Mountain Division's marksmanship program and four years as a ROTC professor. I have three degrees, a BS in Sports and Recreation Management, MBA and a MS in Organizational Leadership. I am a certified scrum master, PROSCI change management and hold all colors of SIX SIGMA to include Master Black Belt.
I have six kids, and run a 501c3 non-profit in honor of a son I lost to T CELL ALL in 2014.
