About Kathy
On a personal note I am a sibling to a retired 25 plus year Naval veteran, my sister, and my brother who is a 20 years active Army National Guardsman.
I have had a variety of career experiences, the last 20+ have been in the insurance/risk consulting business. I have a bachelors degree in general business which I earned a few years ago and as a manager of people when I am hiring aptitude, drive, personality and EQ hold a lot of weight in my decision. Bottom line experience and what people can bring to a conversation is critical.
I also appreciate given my family ties to the military what service means. Participating as an ACP Advisor is one way for me to give back.
