About Shane

I'm a 1LT promotable in the Army, about to conclude a four year career as a Ordnance Officer. The Army has been great to me but it was always part of the plan to serve four years an then transition out. After graduating from Viterbo University in Lacrosse Wisconsin with a Bachelors in Business I decided to join the Army and was commissioned through Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning Georgia. I was fortunate enough to be stationed in Korea before being assigned to the 1st Infantry Division in Fort Riley Kansas. While serving in 1ID I deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to the horn of Africa. My last day in the Army is the 30th of April and it's approaching very fast. More than anything I'm looking for guidance in career placement and what would be a good fit for me. Thank you.
