About Allon

Allon Wright was named Director-Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in June 2012. In this role, he leads all initiatives and staff within this internal model EAP that provides assessment, referral, service plan design and return to work recommendations for CSX employees. He recently assumed responsibility for the administrative oversight of CSX's vocational rehabilitation services program.

Prior to joining CSX, Wright was the Manager-Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) at Norfolk Southern Corporation. Among his special interests are working with people with disabilities, and supporting transition and reintegration initiatives for military veterans, active service members, and their families.

A graduate of Old Dominion University with bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Wright also received his master’s degree in Community Agency Counseling from Norfolk State University. A life-long learner, he also completed professional development coursework at Boston University and George Washington University.
