About Chris
I have worked for 15 years in the field of user experience or human computer interaction helping to modernize software applications and make them easier and more relevant for the end user operators and warfighters in civil and defense arenas. Currently I am on a stretch assignment to grow my leadership working as a strategic staffing manager for a 3k person organization. I have performed project and people management in my career. In my free time I spend time with my family who has recently relocated to Chicagoland and I enjoy Crossfit. I love working in defense and with veterans because I've learned so much about leadership and life from the community.
