About Kelly
I enlisted into the USAF at the age of 21 years old as a Contract Specialist. I have worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Contracting Officer for the past 8 plus years and currently serve as Division Chief for the past 4. My Division oversees the Architectural/Engineering Design and Construction of VA Hospitals located throughout AZ, NM and So. CA. We are also responsible for the procurement of critical supply and equipment purchases for AZ, NM and their associated clinics.
