About Heather
I am an Army spouse of 13 years, mother of two, and work full time. I spent many years after my husband enlisted volunteering with various unit family groups at installations from North Carolina to California. My volunteer experience is what landed me my first job after being a stay at home mom for 9 years. Since then I have worked as an executive assistant, event coordinator, volunteer manager, served as an Americorp Fellow, worked with homeless Veterans and their families, and now assisting military family members connect with employment resources in the local community. It is my goal to help others in the military feel supported.
