Before starting a business venture of any kind a financial plan is a must. To do otherwise is asking for trouble. Revenue and cost projections are the highways to future prospects although they may not prove to be completely accurate they will guide you toward your goals with corrective positioning along the way. You would not begin a journey by car or plane without a map or flight plan.

An income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements are needed to assist your safe arrival at your successful destination. These elements together with focus, knowledge and hard work are the key elements to your success.
