What kind of help do you need?
I assume, in 12 years you have an impressive network of industry friends. That's where I would start - tell them you are looking for a new job. Be specific at what you would like to do. Ask them if they know someone who might benefit from your skills and experience. Look for jobs on LinkedIn and see who you know at those companies. Then, talk to them.
All that is in addition to those job links posted. Sometimes, knowing someone at the company helps to make sure you do not land in another toxic environment.
Good luck!
