If you are looking for a publisher, I personally know someone who used Christian Faith Publishing and had two very positive experiences. I am not sure if this anwers your question, but they were very easy to deal with and the finished product was very nice. I guess it depends on the content and if they would accept it but if that is what you need, I recommend them.
