Hi all, this is a great platform. From a Recruiters perspective, when you create your profile, I'd recommend adding your availability date and Skills in the first words of your profile. The view that a Recruiter sees is part of the first sentence and then we have to click on each profile, so it's a very tedious process. There is no time/date stamp, so it's hard to tell if the profile is current or several years old. If allowed, add a link to your LinkedIn profile as well. I'm a Recruiter and prior military spouse, so happy to connect on LinkedIn to continue conversations, info is in my profile.
