Looking for network connections at Raytheon

Veteran

Anthony Pirello Aubrey, TX

I hope to meet people who work for Raytheon in McKinney, TX. I’m currently a quality engineer and I’d love to transition into an operations PM role at Raytheon in the next year or so.

Thanks for the help.

Anthony

I would start at LinkedIn as previously stated. I pulled down the following link showing 7,211 jobs posted in LinkedIn for Raytheon. The link is below. If you need to get a printout of the data send me an email at tim@feemsters.com.

Totally agree with Jeff - use the informational interview when you find the individual on LInkedIn. Also send a tailored connection request - here is my profile to connect and broaden your opportunities - - https://www.linkedin.com/in/garyrossibaldrigecoach/

I’d suggest that you network at the target company or industry. Use LinkedIn to find people already working there and reach out to them. Ask them the process they used to get hired and ask them to help you navigate the hiring process and if they are willing, ask them to submit you as a referral. These activities require much more time on your part but in my opinion would greatly increase your chances for success. Good luck!

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for your service and your question! If you are looking to connect with professionals in your field who are local to you, I would recommend utilizing the "Community" tab on the ACP AdvisorNet website (https://acp-advisornet.org/community/companies).

From there, you can refine your search to locate an Advisor or a fellow Veteran based on your specific career or company preferences (such as Project Management or Raytheon). You’ll be able to connect with experts within the field to inquire about an informational interview regarding the hiring process at Raytheon.

Best,
Giana
