I didn't notice any Verizon or T-mobile Business Administration job openings using your location, but if you want to check here are some company specific links:

I’d suggest that you network at the target company or industry. Use LinkedIn to find people already working there and reach out to them. Ask them the process they used to get hired and ask them to help you navigate the hiring process and if they are willing, ask them to submit you as a referral. These activities require much more time on your part but in my opinion would greatly increase your chances for success. Good luck!
James, develop a free LinkedIn profile and start looking for people in Verizon HR. Verizon is a military friendly workplace and the Verizon military recruiters are active on LinkedIn. Also, look into programs like Hiring Our Heroes to assist in bridging the military to corporate gap. Verizon's a large company, multiple companies in the Verizon umbrella, so know what you can bring to the table other than leadership and organization skills as those are not corporate jobs. If you think you can manage a project, then say, project manager. If you have additional questions, reach out to me directly, I will help.
