I have been slowly developing a business plan to start a InfoSec business that targets residential customers instead of Enterprise. I have many ides of where it can go and I know the market is currently open with little competition in this niche space. I need help to narrow down my focus of where to start so I can build from there and find the best path to the goal because the options are numerous.
My draft business plan has been written but I am not sure of the accuracy in terms of format and offering. I am excited about starting my own venture, I don't mind hitting roadblocks and needing to detour however, the number of paths available is keeping me from going full steam.

Hi Quedo,
Consider checking out your state affiliate of the NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council). Often times these councils have mentoring programs that can help frame up such efforts, or groups called 'boot camps' which can take folk through a wide range of activities needed to build and start a business.
Details for the affiliate serving TN are:
Cheri Henderson, President/CEO
Metro Center, Plaza 1 Building
220 Athens Way
Suite 105
Nashville, TN 37228
