Hello all,
I started a home remodeling company in November because I was offered a pretty big home remodeling project. So I put in my 2 week’s notice as a construction supervisor and went for it. Been busy every since but it seems like finding the right subs can be difficult for cabinets and natural stone (I.e quartz, granite ect) if anyone would be willing to give me advice on the business side of the industry and sourcing cabinets, stone and other materials, that advice would be much appreciated.
