Thank you for posting your question! While I am not a nonprofit expert myself, I did want to share some ideas that may point you in the right direction:

1 - I would strongly suggest reaching out to Advisors on the community feature of ACP AdvisorNet ( It is a great way to ask Advisors with nonprofit experience directly for advice about growing your committee.
