Hi Chris! Just a thought for you: expand your thinking for better target acquisition.

For example, I live on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. I'll bet there are 100 buildings there that not only rent but are home to MANY co-operatives and condominiums. Recently, the manager where I live (a 334 unit high-rise co-op) suddenly died. The filling of that vacancy created a healthy bump for almost everyone (clerical) who reported to him. The job is now filled BUT, the thought remains - broaden your horizon from that of just rental property manager to that of Community Association Manager (CAM license required). The pay is great and often includes a comped residence. Good luck!

Hello Chris,

I am a licensed real estate broker, mostly commercial leasing today, though I have past experienced in buying residential properties for income. I'd be happy to speak with you about the questions you may have.

I can be reached via the ACP website, or if you prefer, jeremy@theserwercompany.com.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your question and for your service! If you want to connect with people in a specific industry, you might be best off using the Community section on this page: https://acp-advisornet.org/community/advisors

There, you can search for advisors by expertise, years of experience, and zip code. You can then direct message advisors that you would like to connect with.

If you are not finding the connections you are looking for, or have any further questions, please reach out to me in a private message.

Thanks,
Yoni
