I am a reservist, father, husband, and part business owner. My schedule is busy but my passion for real estate has never changed. My intention is to learn more about real estate from someone who actually buys, renovated and rents their properties. I am not big into "flipping". The idea of long-term investment properties both residential, commercial, and mixed really excites me.
