Have you reached out to Hire Heroes USA, HireMilitary, Hiring our Heroes(US Chamber of Commerce). Great way to get the positions in front of the transitioning service members. Each branch has careers in health safety environmental management, both for US, but the service members doing this overseas in the Mid East had a lot of challenges with water and proper disposal of waste.
