as a 76 year old viet nam veteran i find it increasingly impossible to understand even the most basic requirements of living in today's computerized world.
for example, i often find myself in a state of panic trying to respond to simple log-in to a website such as this. (fortunately, i made it this time.) i need someone i can call to help me get on zoom.
please understand that i am a published author with two master's degrees. it is just that in this one area, the world seems to have passed me by.
please help.
